For anyone who may have lost their marbles, I have a few to spare!
When I was wee lad, I was appalled by what I deemed as redneck music or devil music at the time. Devil music was namely music that had curse words in it of course. I was a good Catholic boy. I vividly remember destroying a GNR Appetite For Destruction cassette on my driveway. As I grew older, curse words became a necessity for good music. I kid. Mainly. Today I don't mind the occasional, or at least well placed derogative. Music as with any good art form, can be extremely personal. And with words as part of the medium of music, it's only natural terse terms would arise from intense or powerful emotions. As my neighbor might say, blah blah blah.

With all this in mind, I'm taking a month long look at some cool songs with aptly applied coarse language. There will be a new song each day for a month (30 days. 31 If you're @#$%ing lucky). All of the songs will have explicit lyrics (duh!) with the focus of each track being on the most versatile of swear words: the F word. Hey, start strong I always say. In order to avoid....oh, my readers don't care why, do either of you? You can find SONGS IN THE KEY OF F up top with the other links or right fucking here.
I'm writing this on my new (a over few months now!) iMac. I posted before about how much I love this computer. So I figured this time I'll post a few things that drive me crazy about the iMac. Here they are from least annoying to most annoying.

3. Removing Any USB Device.
Pulling out any USB device from the iMac without first ejecting it (dragging it to the trash bin) sends the OS into a frenzy. It did with Windows too but removing a jump drive or other USB was the only time Windows didn't quadruple check with you about actual intentions. Of course what I call an Apple frenzy is the Windows equivalent of "are you sure you want to log off?" If you pissed Windows off by having the gall to remove a USB device without first asking the OS, it would simply delete your hard drive and force you to restart the computer two or three times or until it was done laughing at you.

2. The Mighty Mouse Scroll Wheel.
While well intended, the MMSW is a train wreck. Within a week of using the MM it decided it had done enough scrolling down the page and wouldn't do it any more. It still has these epileptic fits more often than not and only likes to go up instead of down. It'll do the side to side as well, but moving the page down is simply out of the question. Apparently this is a common problem without a simple solution. There are videos and diagrams a plenty on how to take apart your MM (gasp!) or try turning it upside down and running the scroll wheel along a sheet of paper. Poo. I'm not taking apart my mouse because some functionality is better than none. And the paper trick? I tried it with white paper because my mouse and keyboard are white, Snow Leopard is white, iTunes is now white (and that took some getting used to) and that didn't work at all. Maybe I should try another color?

And the number one trait that drives me crazy about my iMac.

1. Makes My Dell/Windows Work Computer Seem Like Rowing A Boat Upstream. With A Hole In It. And No Paddle. While My Eyes Are Closed. With One Arm Tied Behind My Back. In A Snow...ok, you get the idea. Seriously, going to work and using my Windows computer while trying to design pretty ads is as inspiring as doing layout work in Word. I can't understand or abide (The Dude does NOT abide man!) why as Media Specialist, I have to work with a Windows OS. It makes my 8 hours of work seem like...well, an eternity.

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
